Luke Cline founded CPS Limited in 2011
Luke has over 20 years experience in the painting and property maintenance industry, starting as an apprentice painter at the age of 17 he was awarded National Certificate in Painting & Decorating. He was then trained by Arachnid Tactical Rescue Operations (ATRO Ltd) in Industrial Rope Access and Work Positioning, becoming the painting abseiling Team Leader and quickly progressing to Site Foreman, Site Supervisor, Estimator, Area Manager, Business Manager, Key Account Manager and General Manager within large commercial painting and maintenance company’s in NZ.
Luke’s expertise includes estimating, supervision/project management and quality control.
