Cline Painting Services Limited were awarded the contract to fully paint the exterior of our complex comprising of 14 townhouses bordering Dunedin, New and London Streets in Saint Mary's Bay Auckland. This work was carried out during our winter which created some difficulties due to the weather, however the team managed to overcome this and undertake their work in a professional and friendly manner and in some instances, (went the extra mile) so to speak. As one of the owners I was asked to liaise with the painters and those residents residing on the London Street section and I was happy to do so. Having been fully involved with the painting of the complex some 13 years ago, I was in a position to gauge the quality of workmanship and the manner in which both preparation and application were undertaken. Also, I have a building background and am familiar with the Australian & New Zealand Standard, AS/NZS 2311: 2000 Guide to the Painting of Buildings. Our Body Corporate has recently had a large part of the exterior of our five-story apartment building painted by Luke Cline/Cline Painting Services Ltd. Luke stepped in at short notice and was almost immediately faced with numerous problems and alterations to our original quote. New Windsor School is a large inner-city Year 1 - 6 school which sits on the boundary between Lynfield, Avondale and Mt Roskill.
